July 16, 2015- Stocks Trade Higher on Greece Bailout

Stocks are likely to move back to the upside in early trading on Thursday after ending the previous session slightly lower. The major index futures are currently pointing to a higher open for the markets, with the Dow futures up by 59 points. Early buying interest may be generated by news that the Greek parliament voted to approve the tough austerity measures needed to secure a fresh bailout. Greek lawmakers overwhelmingly voted to approve the agreement, eliminating some of the uncertainty that contributed to choppy trading on Wednesday.
